House was very clean! I loved the location, being able to see the mountians, also some hiking trails down road. House is very well equipped with anything you may need. Very nice place to stay. Thank you!

Quiet getaway.
Great area. Beautiful views near by. Silverton was enjoyable just be careful on the road heading in. Went to the 4 corners. Durango itself was nice. Recommend going up to the college and check out the views.

Beautiful property
This is a great place to stay. We have stayed here 2 years in a row for spring break skiing at Purgatory. One of the cleanest BNBs out there. Thank you.

This lovely place enhanced our 1st visit to Colorado!
Positive: The decor was beautiful and gave off a relaxing vibe! Aiyana was an excellent host in every way; personable and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay, and we plan to come again one day. We will definitely put out a good word to our friends and family.
