Small but efficient property. Many upgrades. Double sinks, nice linens and towels (I’m a sheet snob), all the kitchen equipment you’ll need etc. expansive open back yard with gorgeous view. Aiyana could not be a more helpful host. Super responsive to any questions. Note. There is no bathroom upstairs and could the place could use a lamp and fan downstairs but other than that, we had a great month long stay.

This is an incredibly clean and lovely half-cottage on an incredibly special piece of property very convenient to Durango. My family really enjoyed it. The kitchen was well-stock

Cute small apartment ; perfect size for a quick get away. The property is beautiful and plenty of outside space to enjoy. Quiet and serene!

Better than the pictures show! Very clean. The bedroom area is roomy with a couch, tv, desk area and even more cozy than the main level.
